Our Story
ChicCartel is a designer, forward leather brand, established in Los Angeles to shake up the accessory world with a mix of style and functionality. Co-founded by co-designers Stephanie Heinrich and Tony Dickson, this one is the ideal intersection of artisan craft, California cool, and investment-worthy materials.
It all started back in 2008 when Stephanie set out to redefine luxury handbags. She wanted something that felt as personal as it looked — a collection that held her life in it. That meant that ultimately there was nothing on the market that checked every box. These early years were about something special: a pride that ignited a movement, a passion for bringing people together, and a relentless attention to detail that transformed ChicCartel into a movement.
